AP Buttons
Click the following buttons to access the AP screens.
- Click this button to access the AP Configuration screen and to set up a secure wireless network and share Internet access.
- Click this button to access the MAC Table screen and find the MAC addresses of devices and computers connected to your wireless network.
The AP Configuration Screen
Use the AP Configuration screen to set up a secure wireless network.
- SSID: The name of your wireless network.
- WPA2 Pre-Shared Key: Type a passphrase 8-63 characters long made up of characters '0'-'9', 'a'-'z', 'A'-'Z', keyboard symbols and spaces.
- IP Address: This indicates the IP address of the Mediatek Adapter on your wireless network.
- Apply: Click this to save your settings.
The MAC Table Screen
Use the MAC Table screen to find information on computers and devices connected to your network.
- BSSID: This is the MAC address of your AP which uniquely identifies your network.
- MAC Table: This table shows a list of the MAC addresses of currently connected computers and devices, as well as their security status. Security status options include 'Authenticated' and 'Invalid' respectively indicating a successful and unsuccessful connection.
