Browsershots testa seu Blog em diferentes navegadores

O Browsershots é um serviço que tira screenshots do Layout do seu Blog ou Site em diferentes navegadores, ele é muito útil para nós blogueiros pois podemos saber se o Layout do nosso Blog está tendo algum erro com determinado navegador, isso é muito comum com o IE 6 e o IE 7.

Os testes podem ser feitos em navegadores de sistemas Linux ( Epiphany 2.14 , Firefox 1.5, Firefox 2.0, Galeon 2.0, Iceweasel 2.0, Konqueror 3.5, Opera 9.24 ), Windows (Firefox 1.5, Firefox 2.0, MSIE 5.0, MSIE 5.5, MSIE 6.0, MSIE 7.0, Opera 9.24, Safari 3.0 ) e Mac ( Firefox 2.0, Safari 1.3, Safari 2.0, Safari 3.0 ). Além disso podem ser definidos os seguintes atributos Tamanho da tela, Qualidade da cor, Javascript, Java e Flash, resumindo é um teste bem completo.

O único inconveniente do serviço é o tempo de espera do teste que dependendo da configuração escolhida ou do horário pode ser de minutos ou horas, mas o próprio site lhe informa o tempo de espera estimado e lhe dá a opção para salvar a página nos seus favoritos e ver o teste depois já completamente terminado. O serviço realmente é uma excelente opção para ver como o seu Blog ou Site é exibido em diferentes navegadores de diferentes sistemas operacionais.

O que é Browsershots?
Browsershots tira screenshots do seu layout em diferentes navegadores. Ele é um serviço livre de código-aberto criado por Johann C. Rocholl. Quando você enviar o endereço de seu site, ele será adicionado à fila de trabalhos. Um número de computadores distribuídos irá abrir seu website em seus navegadores. Então ele irá tirar screenshots e enviá-las para o servidor central.
