URLs and Hotlinks

Gravity recognizes and highlights URLs, including:
·      Web links (http:  ftp: etc) ·      Email addresses ·      Usenet Message-IDs
You can click any highlighted URL.
Gravity will stop parsing URLs in very large articles after a set timeout. Even though the URL is not highlighted, it is  still hot or "click-able"

URL Colors and Appearance
Tools - Global Options - URL Hotlinks
You can change the highlight color or underline URLs  with these settings. You can also turn off URL highlighting for individual protocols, such as FTP, Gopher and Telnet by clicking the advanced button.
These color settings also affect e-mail addresses, including the "From: " header in the article pane and Message-IDs in article text and headers.

Web URLs
Gravity will attempt to launch the URL in the system web browser when a web link (http: or www.) is clicked . You can set another browser for launching in Tools - Global Options - URL Hotlinks

Repair URL
If the web URL is broken across lines or the entire URL is not recognized, select the *entire* URL, and use the "Repair URL" command in the Article Pane right-click menu. The URL will be sent automatically to the web browser.

DGa9a.753$wg2.332229848@newssvr12.news.prodigy.com
Ambiguous Case

·      Reply to this email address

·      Cancel, do nothing
