Thinstall stores configuration data with every EXE file it builds. Configuration data is largely used to create localized versions of strings for different spoken languages. By default Thinstall loads configuration data from the file:
c:\program files\thinstall\default_config.txt (Unicode Text File)
You can use Menu -> Link -> Resource Options -> Language / Configuration to specify an alternate configuration file.
