Shortcuts - Shortcuts to be added to the system during install. These shortcuts will be skipped if the user selects not to install StartMenu shortcuts.

By default, only two shortcuts are added, Application launch and Uninstall.

A shortcut has the following properties:

Shortcut Location: This is where the shortcut will be created. Thinstall automatically appends ".lnk" to the filename and you should not include this as part of your name. If the directory where a shortcut is to reside does not exist, Thinstall will create the directory and add it to the list of directories to delete during uninstall.

Shortcut Target: This is the command that executed when the shortcut is executed by the user. This can be anything that is executable using the Shell. For example it can point to your application, a help file, a web URL, a PDF, DOC, etc. If it points to a folder it will open the folder using explorer.

Additional Arguments: Additional command-line arguments to be passed to the target program.

Working Directory Path: Where the program executing the target will start running from. This determines how relative path names will be interpreted. Click here for more information about Working Directories.

Icon Name: Currently this may be only blank or "uninstall". In the case of "uninstall" the icon will show the trash icon.
