Full Name
Enter the name you want other people to see before your e-mail address. This is the part shown before the actual e-mail address in news readers and added to e-mail messages (as shown in red below). From: Tom B. <nfn03862@naples.net>
Organization This is usually left blank, but if entered, the text will appear in the "Organization:" header in your articles.
e-mail address This is a required field. In addition to Usenet articles, Gravity also uses this address for e-mail SMTP functions (Reply, Forward, or cc). If you don't care about SMTP e-mail functions, you can enter a fake address in "Email address." ü     Gravity will complain and may refuse to post if the email address is not in "expected" internet format: something@xxx.xxx  (you need the "@" and a dot) ü     Fake e-mail addresses should end with ".invalid" as the top level domain. Example: CaptainKirk@whatever.invalid (You can also set different posting identities for specific news groups in "Newsgroup - Properties")
Reply address for posts Gravity allows you to set a munged (fake) e-mail address for Usenet posts, while keeping a valid e-mail address for e-mail functions. This is useful for reducing spam to your real e-mail address. If you enter a fake e-mail address in this field Gravity will use it for Usenet posts. If you leave this field blank, your regular e-mail address will be used when you post articles (from the above e-mail address field).  (Remember, fake e-mail addresses should end with ".invalid"  as the top level domain. The .invalid domain prevents e-mail bouncing and backscatter.
