Retrieve Article Headers

You can download headers for all groups at once, individually, or from several selected groups.

Server - Retrieve Headers (Ctrl+Shift+H) (all groups)
Fetch headers for ALL subscribed newsgroups at once.

· You can exclude specific groups from this operation (the command will skip the group) in Newsgroup - Properties - General Tab.

· You can set a limit for how many articles to fetch in Server - Properties - Operation Tab.

· You can also set a different limit for each group individually in Newsgroup - Properties - Overrides Tab.

Retrieve new articles from the server for the selected group or multiple groups. If you have set a limit in Server - Properties, or a group override, Gravity will only fetch that number of article headers.

You can manually fetch a limited number of headers with the Retrieve Limited Number of Headers … command. With this command you can retrieve less (or more) headers than server or group limits, if any. The entered number is sticky - Gravity remembers it for the next time you use the command.
