Troubleshooting Filters

    

  If your filter does not work as expected, check these common errors:
ü     If you see more articles than expected, or see articles that do not match filter criteria, did you set "Include entire thread" when you did not mean to?
Advanced Filters:

ü     Did you remember the check box if using a Regular Expression?

ü     Did you select the correct From, Subject, or Header component?

ü     Did you remember to "Add" your conditions(s)?

ü     Do you have the correct AND/OR logic?

ü     Did you intend to use "Does Not", rather than "Does" contain?

ü     You can not use a BODY or %s condition in a filter
