How to Stop Downloading or Delete a Multi-part Attachment

Gravity will not let you "pause" while decoding a multi-part attachment
You have to "Stop" Gravity first. (Gravity may finish fetching the current part before stopping). Use one of these commands on the main toolbar.

  The Connect / Disconnect  button 
  The Stop Retrieving  (Ctrl-Break) button  
When online activity is stopped, Gravity will kick the job back into the queue where you can delete it with View - Image Factory.
Or, resume decoding when the connection is established.

Tip: You can set gravity to automatically resume decoding when the connection is established in Tools - Global Options - Decoding
