Sets the enabled/disabled state of a combobox object.
Note: When a combobox is disabled, it takes on a disabled appearance (if it has one) and doesn't respond to the user at all.
(string) The name of the combobox object.
(boolean) Whether to make the combobox object enabled or disabled:
