"Command parameters" dialog

This dialog allows to switch the state of "Turn PC off when done" option on the fly, without interrupting archiving, extraction or test operations.

For archiving operations it is also possible to change the compression method here, but WinRAR cannot switch to and from "Store" mode in this dialog.
