DVDAuthor 0.7.0 released

Today 0.7.0 was released.
It has several new options for locale encoding and subtitles. The complete ChangeLog can be read .
I tested this new version with tovid and DeVeDe, the two front-ends I use for DVDAuthor, and everything worked fine.
