Today DVDAuthor 0.7.0 was released.
It has several new options for locale encoding and subtitles. The complete ChangeLog can be read here.
I tested this new version with tovid and DeVeDe, the two front-ends I use for DVDAuthor, and everything worked fine.

The Document Foundation released a binary tarball of the second beta version of LibreOffice 3.3.0
Packages for both the 32- and 64-bits versions are available on my site. Remember that it is still a beta release and is not recommended for production.
