Alterações na distribuição 3.20.9

ALTER TABLE didn't copy null bit. As a result, fields that were allowed to have NULL values were always NULL.

• CREATE didn't take numbers as DEFAULT.
• Some compatibility changes for SunOS.
• Removed config.cache from old distribution.
