In earlier versions of Microsoft Office, you could set your preferences for specific view, display, and editing settings in the Options dialog box (Tools menu, Options command). As part of the user interface redesign in the following Microsoft Office system programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, the Options command on the Tools menu has been moved so that it is under Program Name Options when you click the Microsoft Office Button button image.

To find the program settings that control things such as your preferences to correct spelling or save a file, you can click the Program Name Options command; for example, Word Options.

Note Program Name is the name of the program you are in, for example, Word Options.
