View the Privacy Statement

The Microsoft Office system privacy statement is available only online at Privacy Statement Highlights for the Microsoft Office system.

1. Make sure your computer is connected to the Internet.
2. Do one of the following:
   • In the Welcome to Microsoft Office system dialog box, make sure the Search Microsoft Office Online for Help content when I'm connected to the Internet check box is selected.
   • In the main window of your Microsoft Office system program, press F1 to open Help. On the Connection Status menu, which is located at the bottom of the Help window, click Show content from Office Online.

View the privacy statement within an Office program

You can also view the privacy statement from these Microsoft Office system programs:

Access, Excel, PowerPoint, or Word

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Program Name Options, where Program Name is the name of the program you are in, for example, Word Options.
2. Click Trust Center.
3. Under Protecting your privacy, click Show the Microsoft Office Program Name privacy statement.

Outlook, Publisher, InfoPath, Visio

1. On the Help menu, click Privacy Options.
2. Click Read our privacy statement.

OneNote, Project, SharePoint Designer

• On the Help menu, click Privacy Statement.
