Select a paper source
Many printers have upper and lower trays that contain different sizes of paper. Matching a form to a paper source ensures that your files are always printed on the correct paper size when you select the form within a program. Do the following in these Microsoft Office system programs:
Word
- On the
Page Layout
tab, in thePage Setup
group, click thePage Setup
Dialog Box Launcher. - In the
Page Setup
dialog box, click thePaper
tab. - Under
Paper source
, click the paper source that you want.
Excel
- On the
Page Layout
tab, in thePage Setup
group, click thePage Setup
