Save As
Click options in the Save As
dialog box to save a file to a file name, format, and location that you specify. If you are saving a file that has not been saved before, the Save As
dialog box appears automatically when you click Save
.
Microsoft Office WordThe following are the buttons and other options in the

- Save in In the list, click a location where you want to save a file. Use the

list to move up one or more levels in the folder structure. - Previous folder
As you move through the folder structure in the Files list, this button allows you to go back to the previous folder that you viewed.
- Up one level
Click this button to look in the folder that is up one level in the current folder structure.
- Delete

- Views
Click the arrow next to this button to display file and folder view options.
- File name Type or select a file name for the file that you are saving.

- Apply transform If you are saving the file in the Microsoft Office Word 2003 XML Document format, you can apply a transform that determines which data in the XML file to save. The saved file contains only the results of the transformation.
- Save data only If you attached a custom schema to apply custom XML tags, and you want to discard Word formatting and save only the custom data, select this check box. To save Word-specific tags, properties, and formatting and layout information, clear this check box.
- Transform To select an .xsl or .xslt file to apply to your XML file, click
Transform

When you save a file as Portable Document Format (.pdf) or XML Paper Specification (.xps), you also see the following options:

- Current Notebook Saves the entire notebook. This option is available only when you are saving as Portable Document Format (.pdf), XML Paper Specification (.xps), or OneNote archive (.onea).
