Make your SmartArt graphic look like an example in the SmartArt graphics dialog box
You can create a SmartArt graphic that looks similar to the examples shown in the Choose a SmartArt Graphic Layout
dialog box by applying a similar SmartArt Style and color variation.
- On the
Insert
tab, in theIllustrations
group, clickSmartArt
. - In the
Choose a SmartArt Graphic
dialog box, choose the type (such as Process or Hierarchy) and layout that you want. - Add your text by doing one of the following:
- Click in a shape in the SmartArt graphic, and then type your text.
- Click
[Text]
in the Text pane, and then type or paste your text. - Copy text from another program, click
[Text]
in the Text pane, and then paste into the Text pane.
If the Text pane is not visible,
- Click the SmartArt graphic.
- Under
SmartArt Tools
, on theDesign
tab, in theCreate Graphic
group, clickText Pane
.
- Under
SmartArt Tools
, on theDesign Tab
, in theSmartArt Styles
group, clickChange Colors
. - Under
Colorful
, clickColorful - Accent Colors
. - In the
SmartArt Styles
group, click theMore
button, and then click
Cartoon
.
