When connected to the Internet (online)

Access, Excel, PowerPoint, or Word

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Program Name Options, where Program Name is the name of the program you are in, for example, Word Options.
2. Click Resources, and then click Contact Us.
3. Under Professional Support, click Support for Microsoft Office products.

InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Outlook, Publisher, Project, OneNote, or Visio

1. On the Help menu, click Contact Us.
2. Under Professional Support, click Support for Microsoft Office products.

When not connected to the Internet (offline)

Access, Excel, PowerPoint, or Word

1. Click the Microsoft Office Button , and then click Program Name Options, where Program Name is the name of the program you are in, for example, Word Options.
2. Click Resources, and then under About Program Name, click About.

   Note Program Name is the name of the program you are in, for example, About Microsoft Office Word.

3. Click Tech Support.

InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Outlook, Publisher, Project, OneNote, or Visio

1. On the Help menu, click About Microsoft Office Program Name.

   Note Program Name is the name of the program you are in, for example, About Microsoft Office Visio.

2. Click Tech Support.
