Check the progress of your print job

Do one of the following:

• In Microsoft Windows Vista
  1. Click the Start button , and then click Control Panel.
  2. In Control Panel, double-click Printers.
  3. Select the icon of the printer that you are using, and then click See what's printing on the toolbar.
• In Microsoft Windows XP
  1. Click Start, and then click Printers and Faxes.
  2. In the Printers and Faxes dialog box, open the printer that you are using by double-clicking the printer's icon.

I don't see my print job listedThe print job has already cleared the printer queue. Depending on the type of printer that you use, you might be able to check the progress of the print job at the printer.
