Print with landscape orientation
Do the following in these Microsoft Office system programs:
Excel or Word
- Click in the file.
- On the
Page Layouttab, clickOrientation, and then clickLandscape. - Click the
Microsoft Office Button
, and then click Print. - Click
Properties, and then click thePagetab. - Under
Orientation, clickLandscape. - Click
OKtwice.
Access
- Click in the file.
- On the
Page Layouttab, clickLandscape. - Click the
Microsoft Office Button
, and then click Print. - Click
Properties, and then click thePagetab. - Under
Orientation, clickLandscape. - Click
OKtwice.
PowerPoint
- Click in the file.
- On the
Designtab, clickSlide Orientation, and then clickLandscape. - Click the
Microsoft Office Button
, and then click Print. - Click
Properties, and then click thePagetab. - Under
Orientation, clickLandscape. - Click
OKtwice.
OneNote
- Click in the file.
- On the
Filemenu, clickPage Setup. - In the
Page Setuptask pane, in theSizelist, click the size of paper that you want to use. - In the
Orientationlist, clickLandscape. - On the
Filemenu, clickPrint. - Click
Preferences, and then click thePagetab. - Under
Orientation, clickLandscape. - Click
OK. - Click
Print.
Project
- Click in the file.
- On the
Filemenu, clickPage Setup, and then click thePagetab. - Under
Orientation, clickLandscape. - Click
OK. - On the
Filemenu, clickPrint.
Visio
- Click in the file.
- On the
