Clear a data table

Clear the entire table

1. Select the entire data table, including all formulas , input values, resulting values, formats, and comments.
2. On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Clear, and then click Clear All.

Clear the resulting values from a data table

Note Because the resulting values are in an array, you must clear all values. Unless you want to clear the entire data table, make sure that you do not select the formulas and input values.

1. Select all resulting values in the data table.
2. On the Home tab, in the Editing group, click Clear, and then click Clear Contents.
