Version 2.9

q    Version 2.9.13 - Hunspell replaces Myspell as the spell checker. Both US and GB English dictionaries are bundled. Hunspell uses Open Office dictionaries.

q    Build 2.9.13 and higher allow longer custom headers, up to 998 characters, including the header field.

q    Version 2.9.11 - A BODY condition also includes all headers in scoring, rules and search. The Search dialog now has a "Search Headers" option which allows searching in the FULL raw header text, using plain text or regular expressions. Note the article has to be local or it will be downloaded, just like searching in the body.

q    The installation changed to a multi-user installation compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7. Install for all users as administrator, or as a single user. Each user can have their own databases and settings. You can also have multiple major Gravity versions installed (2.8 and 2.9, etc).

q    New import/export functions - menu Tools - database - Import/Export. These replace the old backup utility GravityBackup.exe. You can export all settings and databases, or specific servers. Starting with Version 2.9.1, you can not use the backup utility GravityBackup.exe in the Gravity installation folder. However, you can use GravityBackup.exe to backup and restore a 2.7/2.8 installation (save the executable, gravity.exe also, or you will have to download a new one).

q    Commands and Options Moved or Added

·       Global Options , and  Purge and Compact have been moved to the Tools menu

·      The menus have been arranged differently.

·      Export/Import commands are in the Tools menu and are new backup/restore functions.

q    ROT 13 works on highlighted text only. If no text is selected, ROT-13 is applied to the entire article.

q    User can enter corrections in the spell checker.

q    Added "User-Agent" and "X-Newsreader" to available choices in Article Layout options.
