with a subject or body of 'subscribe'. You may receive a message asking you to confirm. Reply to this message, and you will be subscribed.
Leaving the list:
Send e-mail to gnutella-request@nova.yi.org
with a subject or body of 'unsubscribe'. You will be unsubscribed.
Using the list:
You send e-mail to gnutella@nova.yi.org and it goes to the list. Pretty much all there is to it.
