Everything_GetNumResults

The Everything_GetNumResults function returns the number of visible file and folder results.

Returns the number of visible file and folder results.

If the function fails the return value is 0. To get extended error information, call .

Error code Meaning
EVERYTHING_ERROR_INVALIDCALL Call before calling Everything_GetNumResults.

Remarks

You must call before calling Everything_GetNumResults.

Use to retrieve the total number of file and folder results.

If the result offset state is 0, and the max result is 0xFFFFFFFF, Everything_GetNumResults will return the total number of file and folder results and all file and folder results will be visible.
