• Generates a single checkbox.
  • name
  • The name to assign the input to (required).
  • 'checked'
  • Checkbox should be checked initially.
  • value
  • The value to return when checked (default is on).
  • label
  • The label to use for the checkbox (default is the name of the checkbox).

    Using named parameters, the syntax is:

    print $query->checkbox(-name=>'name', -checked=>'checked', -value=>'value', -label=>'label', -onClick=>function);
