I'm not

I find your signature a bit appropriate here...

Over half of us tried reasoning with DJ, for months. That got us nowhere. Why repeat history?

Simon, you know I hold you in the highest respect, so don't take my comments as being a twat. I've just had my fill of trying to reason with a dictator. If DJ wants XOOPS, let him have it. The code is free and we are free to take it in the direction we feel is best for the community.

That's where I stand and have stood for some time now. Look at when impresscms.org was registered. (September 13th 2007)

I think my signature speaks for what I believe is appropriate for ImpressCMS.

We have the right to take the code and build something impressive with it. Let what we do with what we have be the measure of who we are.

DJ has shown his measure and I'm not impressed enough to follow his direction.

I won't speak for anyone else.

I'm not ignoring the efforts of the DPT Simon - I think they could make a model for a great system from it.

But I do not believe that dj will use it.

Again everyone, allow me to request this one more time.

We have started to see some provocation from people in the XOOPS world.

PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER TO THIS

It is only provocation and they don't have any real argument so they are just trying to hurt us.

It will give us nothing to fight back. Again, let's prove ourselves by our community management, our product, our features, our code and our FUN !!!!

We do not have time for this. We have to many great things to accomplish !!!!!!

Agreed Marcan - certain very eccentric people are trying to provoke a reaction.

I am very hotheaded - so I hit delete... and not reply!

Please can anyone else do the same?

Thanks

It's right about now that I'm really glad I got banned off of x.org.

For my fellow hot-heads who don't think they'll be able to control their typing, change your password to a random password that you cannot remember. Since they can't seem to get email working on the server, you won't be able to request a password reset and you'll effectively ban yourself.

Want an extra level of protection, load about 30 instances of x.org in your tabs and refresh them as fast as you can. I find is good for this. That ought to get your IP banned.

I'm serious. It would be better to sabotage your account and ban yourself than to say something in public against XOOPS right now.

Stay away, stay far far away.

Sadly I found that xoops.org does not like 5 second refresh on 50 windows at once - so therefore I'm afraid I am undable to post there....
